Gym Playlist | June 2019
Summer is here, and obviously that calls for an upbeat, motivational gym playlist...
This post contains a few snippets of my most loved gym playlists that I have made to get me pumped up for my gym sessions. I have three separate playlists that I use for different stages of my workout so the rhythm and mood is just right for the exercise I will be doing. These separate playlists include boxing, cardio and weights and toning. All playlists have music ranging from heavy drum and base to incredibly corny, cheesy 90s dance music.
Have a gander (and maybe even a cheeky follow because I am a beg like that) if you like what you see from these snippets of my gym soundtrack and let me know what your go-to gym tracks are.

Boxing
I said it in the previous Music to Workout to post, heavier music for boxing workouts really helps me put in more effort and aggression, which in turn helps me reap in the results, improve technique and ultimately just makes the workout and practice more enjoyable.
Darkzy - Simplicity
Will Sparks - Fat Beat
FooR- Cool Water 2017
Corrupt (UK) & Natz - It's Not OK
Bassboy & Clarity - La La La
Cardio
I apologise in advance- I would never in a million years listen to these songs on the day to day, the rhythm is just perfect for sprints, especially when you're feeling sluggish and need a kick up the arse.
Every Morning - Basshunter
U Sure Do (Strike 7" Remix) - Strike
Blow Ya Mind (Club Caviar Radio Edit) - Lock 'N' Load
Did It - Sticky, Fyrus & Larraine Cato
All Day And Night - Jax Jones & Martin Solveig
Weights & Toning
This is more of a mixture between slow beats so that I am pacing myself with weights and to get into a good rhythm, and also few upbeat tracks to keep me focused and driven when it comes to performing ab circuits.
Akon ft. Eminem - Smack That (your girl needs to feel sexy on leg and booty day, ok?)
DJ Q - Get Over You
Loud Luxury & Brando - Body
ZHU - Faded
JME & Giggs - Man Don't Care
